Twin Oaks Advisory is the practice of Patrick Flaherty, a senior finance executive with 15+ years of experience partnering with CFOs, CEOs, and boards to navigate change and drive financial performance. Patrick has held senior roles throughout his career, including at MSCI, where he directed $2B+ in share repurchases and played a central role in $1.75B+ of debt issuances while managing firm-wide capital allocation strategy. At Verizon and Yahoo, he held senior finance leadership roles spanning enterprise revenue planning, restructuring management, adtech P&L management, and financial leadership through the sale to Apollo Global Management. He holds an MBA in Finance and an MS in Information Systems from Fordham University, and a BA in Economics from Bates College. Twin Oaks Advisory is based in Weston, CT and works with clients remotely and on-site.
