Patrick has held senior roles at MSCI, where he directed $2B+ in share repurchases and played a central role in $1.75B+ of debt issuances while managing firm-wide capital allocation strategy. At Verizon and Yahoo, he held senior finance leadership roles spanning enterprise revenue planning, restructuring management, adtech business CFO, and financial leadership through the sale to Apollo Global Management. He holds an MBA in Finance and an MS in Information Systems from Fordham University, and a BA in Economics from Bates College. Twin Oaks Advisory is based in Weston, CT and works with clients remotely and on-site.
